Digital Services and Refund Eligibility
ExaRouter delivers digital access and API usage. Eligibility for a refund depends on the product purchased, the amount of service or credits already consumed, the payment method, and mandatory law. Terms shown at checkout apply to the relevant transaction.
Subscriptions and Credits
- You can cancel future subscription renewal through your account or by contacting support.
- Credits consumed for API or generation requests are generally not refundable, except where required by law or where a billing error occurred.
- For unused credits, contact support to request a review. Eligibility is determined from the transaction and checkout terms.
- Credit expiry, if applicable, is shown when you purchase credits or in the product terms that applied to the purchase.
How to Request a Refund
- Send your account email, order number, and request to support[at]exarouter.com.
- We will confirm receipt and provide the next steps by email.
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where available. Timing depends on the payment processor and bank.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used API credits, except where required by law or caused by a billing error
- Fees that a payment processor does not return, where permitted by law
- Transactions identified as non-refundable at checkout
